Sweet & Spicy Asian Inspired Beef Bowl

Ingredients:
3.5 lbs 93/7 lean ground beef
50 grams Gochujang
5 tsp sesame oil
4 Tbsp minced garlic
75 grams brown sugar
200 grams gluten free Tamari
Cooked jasmine rice (adjust for carbs needed)
Mixed veggies or sautéed green beans
Sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Cook beef until almost cooked through.
Mix together sauce ingredients while cooking beef.
Pour sauce over beef. Cook to reduce.
Sauté green beans in a skillet with garlic and sesame oil.
Pile rice, beef and green beans in a bowl and top with green onions.
