FAQ

  • Upon sign up, you’ll create a profile and complete a very detailed questionnaire. This helps your coach tailor a custom plan and starting point that makes sense for you and delivers the results you want.

    Within 1-2 business days or submitting the form, your coach will reach out. You’ll start tracking your food through either macros in an app, hand portions, or photos and start tracking your personalized habits.

  • The way you fill out your client questionnaire after submitting payment is how your coach knows to put you on the Lifestyle, Performance, Pregnancy, or Postpartum track. The only difference between tracks is a slight variation in check in questions.

  • Most of our Lifestyle clients are with us for 6-18 months depending on goals and needs, some longer. Many of our Performance clients stay with us for years. After you fulfill the 3-month commitment, you are welcome to cancel whenever feels right.

  • Compared to Regular and Lite month-to-month coaching, Fe26 offers significantly more access to your coach through more frequent communication and a higher level of structure and accountability.

    Fe26 is our only coaching option that includes texting for real-time, day-to-day support between weekly check-ins. With our Regular coaching, you can still message your coach through the app or software whenever you want, but response times can take up to 48 hours.

    If you think you won’t be able to hold yourself accountable and follow your coaches guidance between weekly check-ins, Fe26 is a better fit for you.

  • Macro tracking is only required in our Lite coaching service. If you don’t want to track macros, Regular or Fe26 is best for you. Your coach will come up with other ways to make sure you’re eating the right amount for your goals and lifestyle if macros aren’t for you or you want to tack time off from tracking.

  • Your food diary, macros (if applicable), daily/weekly habit tracking, and your answers to the weekly check-in questions. If you use a fitness or health tracking device, watch, or ring, your coach can also see sleep data, steps, resting HR, HRV, and scores provided by the respective device or app.

    You also have the option to track and provide body weight, body measurements, body fat %, and/or progress photos, but none of these are required and entirely optional.

  • Once you become a client, you can book a Zoom call with your coach for an extra fee at any time through your client portal in the app or browser. If you want to commit to monthly Zoom calls with your coach, we’ll discount the cost of your calls.
