1 pound chicken wings
4 tablespoons Franks Red Hot
2 tablespoons melted butter
1-2 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce, depending on how tangy you like
2-3 cloves of garlic or 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic as little liquid as possible if you are using already minced garlic
Jerk seasoning
1 tablespoon each: onion powder, garlic powder, brown sugar
2-3 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 tsps each: smoked paprika, ground ginger, dried parsley, dried thyme, salt, black pepper
1/2 tsps each: ground allspice, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg
Corn starch
Chives
Bell peppers
DIRECTIONS:
Pre-heat air fryer to 400F/200C
Rinse wings and cut desired sections if needed
Pat dry
Season wings with jerk seasoning
Add 1 cup chicken broth or water under fry basket, if your air fryer can’t steam simply steam wings on stove top on medium-high for 10 minutes, flipping ½ way
Remove wings, and any liquid in the fryer
Pat dry again, you want them REALLY dry
Place wings in freezer to cool down, while they are cooling, prepare seasoning mixture and buffalo sauce
For the dry toss: combine 2 teaspoons of cornstarch, 1-2 tablespoons of jerk seasoning and the minced garlic, the amount of seasoning will depend on your spice preference, do a taste test!
For the post air fry wet toss: combine all wet ingredients, stir or blend well
Remove chicken wings from freezer, spray with cooking spray and toss in dry ingredients, coating everything as well as possible, place chicken wings in air fryer at 400F/200C for 5 minutes or until desired crispyness has been achieved.
Remove wings from air fryer and toss in wet ingredients, garnish with minced chives and bell peppers and serve with your favorite dip!

1 cup apple cider vinegar
⅓ cup soy sauce
3 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
½ teaspoon allspice
½ teaspoon garlic powder
