Ingredients
1 cup milk of choice (I used low-fat milk)
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tbsp sweetener of choice (I used maple syrup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Fresh fruit or topping of your choice (strawberries, blueberries, granola, shredded coconut, yogurt, etc.)
Directions
Add all ingredients to a glass jar with a lid
Seal the lid and shake until everything's combined
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight
