Ingredients

  • 2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt (454g)

  • 4 cups fat-free Cool Whip (288g)

  • 1 box of Jell-O instant sugar-free fat-free vanilla pudding (32g)

  • Fruit for dipping

Directions

  1. Add the Greek yogurt, Cool Whip and dry Jell-O pudding to a bowl and stir until fully combined

  2. Serve with fruit of choice
