Introducing New Client Types
We have fully embraced the notion that each individual client needs to be educated and coached in a very specific way. Not only are your goals and knowledge about nutrition unique and specific to you, but they will most likely change during your time with us.
If you’re a client of Black Iron Nutrition, you’re familiar with how our check in-process works. And if you’ve never worked with us, you can see it in action on our How It Works page.
Up until now, each client received the same set of questions during their check-in. We made sure we were covering the bases by asking it all, and for some clients this is perfect, but in certain circumstances, it didn't make sense to ask the same questions to people with wildly different goals. To that end, we've laid out 9 different tracks that will help the coach and client relationship and communication, so both get the most of out each check-in.
The 9 Client Types
Beginner: Track for people who are new to our nutritional practices, such as tracking food and macronutrients.
General Health: Track for people wanting to create a balanced nutritional lifestyle. No specific scale or activity goals.
Mindset: Track for people who want to stay away from pretty much all numbers. No scale, no body measurements, no weighing food, no check-in pictures.
Performance: Track for people with athletic goals who need to focus on performance and recovery.

Based on your sign up form your coach will determine which track makes the most sense for you and your goals. As you progress and as your goals change during your time with us, your coach may change the track you're on, which will change the check-in questions you answer each week.
