FREE Ebook: How to Get Protein as a Vegan

Anyone can benefit from this guide, whether you are vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian or you just want to incorporate a meatless Monday.

The question I’ve been asked more than any other question is, do you get enough protein? The answer is simple, of course I do. I then like to ask, where do you think protein comes from? The answer I receive 99.9% of the time is, meat and dairy. Protein is a nutrient made up of one or more amino acids. Why there are amino acids in meat, there are also amino acids in whole plant foods. I’m not going to go into which source is healthier or which builds muscle better, I’ll leave that up to you to decide for yourself. But what I do want to make clear is, you can absolutely get enough protein on a vegan diet!
