I made impressive improvements this year, I’m not nearly as tired as I used to be, I’m sleeping better at night, my workouts have improved, body composition has improved and that’s because she has me eating as much as possible for the goal of the moment. Like when I was doing a cut I didn’t have to drop calories so much that I felt like crap.
