Let me preface this by saying that food, and your relationship with it, is deeply personal.

There isn’t a right or wrong answer, approach, or solution. Oftentimes we spend too much time and energy focusing on, “what’s next” in regards to our nutrition instead of acknowledging how our current approach is serving us.

Feeling good is not a fad. What makes your mind and body feel good? Some of you will find that a Paleo approach is your answer. Others feel best when their approach is high carb, lower fat. Maybe you’re vegetarian for religious reasons. Perhaps you’re vegan because of your personal code of ethics.

Whatever your approach or reasoning, it is yours entirely. I write this based off my own personal experiences. It’s simply an option and not necessarily the right answer.
